Jadon Sancho is unquestionably a rising star, but if United want him we are going to have to pay up. Manchester United will be expected to pay around £120 million for the young Englishman. That is about $155 million in conversion for us across the pond. It is a lot, but Sancho might just be worth it.
This is classic United. One day Sancho is keen on a move to Old Trafford and the next his current club’s boss is calling the move unlikely. However, like Bruno, Sancho has a high chance of making a move to United. Other recent signings have had similar transfer stories. Ole appears to have the club’s backing which means we should all be hopeful for the chance of Sancho coming to United. Also, since United missed out of marquee target Erling Braut Haaland, Ole will be focusing on not making the same mistake twice. Sancho is going to be pricey, but he is worth it.
Fitting the System
Sancho is such an essential transfer target this summer because he fits Ole’s system. Since Lukaku was sold last summer, United have needed another proven goal scorer. The man who fills that void is Jadon Sancho. Bruno, Rashford, and Sancho together is a scary thought for defenses all across the league. Also, aging Juan Mata will need a replacement sooner rather than later. While Daniel James has shown signs of bright potential, he lacks the technical ability to take over Mata’s role. Sancho has the skill to replace Juan when his time is up at Old Trafford.
Hey Ole, Copy Fergie!
David Beckham said in an interview that what made Sir Alex so great, was that he always looked to improve the squad. United needs that improvement now. While Ole has started off strong with signing multiple young targets, this must continue in order for the club to improve. Signing Sancho can set off a chain reaction at the club to bring in other talents. Jack Grealish and James Maddison like players could be influenced by Sancho’s choice to join the Red Devils.

As Always, Glory Glory Man United
